Dave's Houses:
	I don't currently have any rooms available. However, I usually have several rooms come available each month so it's probably worth checking this page once a week to see if any new rooms have come available. If you are looking for a room in the future, my tenants pay calendar monthly and only usually give me one months notice. Therefore, I don't usually get to know which rooms are available at the end of any particular month until the end of the month beforehand. However,occasionally I will have a room come available at very short notice and I sometimes have a room come available from the middle of a calendar month. 	My parents currently also have 3 young professional houses and 2 dedicated postgraduate / mature student houses (Flora St and Pentyrch St) I haven't yet photographed Flora St but the photos of Pentyrch St should give you and idea of the standard of accomodation. Walking distance to City Centre or University plus quick access to M4/A48. Suit friendly non-smoking post graduate or mature student. Although I haven't yet photographed this house you can get an idea of the standard of my parents' properties by viewing photographs of their other houses here
